We are excited to begin summer dance at MDC!
Classes start on Monday, June 6th.
Dress code for classes is as follows-
Cheer- Any leotard, unitard, or fitted athletic clothing. NO baggy clothes or jewelry allowed. CLEAN Tennis shoes that are NOT worn outside.
Tumbling & Acro- Any leotard, unitard, or fitted athletic clothing. NO baggy clothes or jewelry allowed. CLEAN barefeet.
Technique classes (Across the floor, Stretch, Turns, arch & ankles)
Athletic clothing- Bike shorts or leggings. Sports bras and tank tops.
Shoes- Foot undeez, Turners or Half soles, Dance socks, Barefoot optional
Beginning & Intermediate DANCE/ contemporary/lyrical-
Athletic clothing. Fitted.
Dance shoe options- Foot undeez or half sole turners.
Ballet- Leotard of ANY color, Tights, skirts optional, PINK ballet shoes
Mini and Pre K dance- Any leotard or dance body suit and PINK ballet shoes.
Yoga- Any leotard, unitard, or fitted athletic clothing. NO baggy clothes allowed. CLEAN bare feet.
Hip Hop- Comfortable athletic clothing. Baggy and trending fits allowed. Tennis shoes REQUIRED. Do not wear your street shoes in the studio! Bring your hip hop tennis shoes in your dance bag and change shoes once you arrive for class.
Hair needs to be pulled back and secure for ALL classes. NO jewelry allowed.
Bring a water bottle for class. When you arrive for class please remove your street shoes and find a cubby. Put on your dance shoes, grab your water bottle, and find your classroom.
